How can I make extra check out option to shown in certain category or product?

    Hi,
    I thought there was option to show extra check out option in certain product or category by conditional Logic... but I can not find any option..

    Does your product support such option?

    Also when I go to 'Edit Section' -> Conditional Logic -> turn on
    it shows message saying "Cannot apply rules on this element or section since there are not any value configured elements on other sections, or no other sections found."

    What does it mean?
