Change or Build SKU based in Extra Product Options

Hi there! Been a big fan of the Extra Product Options and have helped in squashing some bugs. Not sure if something like this would be possible but I thought it would be a neat feature to allow SKUs to be built when choosing out different options. We have products that have different SKUs based on the options you choose. I've attached a screenshot of what I am talking about. Here is an example:

SKU Example: Item#: HA103 + Fabric: 2007 + Wood Color: 1215 = SKU: HA103-2007-121S

The other route I was thinking is changing the SKU based on the option selected in a particular option. Sometimes are SKU are based on one option selected. An example is if you go with a larger width option the SKU will change. An example:

Width: 48" = SKU: ATV2048
Width: 60" = SKU: ATV2060

I'd like your thoughts on if you think something like this would be a possibility. I know WooCommerce has it native with variables to change the SKU based on what variable is chosen. I figure something similar could be done with the product options from the plugin.
