Price calculated as percent or a minimum price

    Can I have my extra product option price be a percentage of the total, but not less than a set minimum?
    For example I want to be max of $6.50 or 10% of product price? so for a $20 product, it would be $6.50 (the set minimum), but for a $75 product, it would be $7.50 (the 10%)
